Internship Program Terms and Conditions

Make sure to read carefully the following terms before you submit the internship application form.

1. Application and Selection Process

Submission of the internship application form does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

All eligible applicants are required to undergo and successfully pass an interview process before being officially selected for the internship position.

2. Eligibility and Program Duration

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited university program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or related) or be recent graduates seeking practical industry experience.

The standard internship duration is 3 months, subject to academic requirements and ongoing project needs.

Interns are expected to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will assist the technical team with hands-on tasks which may include web design, application development, testing, and deployment.

Interns are expected to proactively communicate with their assigned mentors, meet project deadlines, and participate constructively in team meetings.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

Non-Disclosure: Interns will have access to sensitive company information, including client data, server architectures, source code, and proprietary software. This information is strictly confidential and must not be shared outside the organization.

Account Access: Any credentials provided for hosting environments, third-party software licenses, and internal communication tools are for official use only and must be handled with strict security protocols.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

All code, designs, documentation, and digital assets created or modified by the intern during the course of the internship remain the sole exclusive property of the company.

Interns may not publish company projects, source code, or client work on personal portfolios or public repositories (such as GitHub) without explicit, prior written consent from management.

6. Compensation and Allowances

Interns will receive a monthly stipend of minimum 100,000 MMK to assist with transportation and basic expenses.

If Unpaid internship, an unpaid learning opportunity designed to fulfill academic requirements and provide industry experience.

Interns are not entitled to standard full-time employee benefits, such as paid time off or medical insurance, unless mandated by local law.

7. Professional Conduct and Work Environment

Interns are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, respect workplace policies, and collaborate effectively with all team members.

The use of any provided company hardware, software, and network resources must comply strictly with internal IT policies.

8. Termination of the Internship

The company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time due to poor performance, breach of confidentiality, or unprofessional conduct.

Interns may also resign from the program by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice to their supervisor.
